Between October 17 and 18, 2024, the Kenoli Foundation organized a significant event at the Casa Real Hotel in the department of Choluteca, Honduras where 16 representatives from different organizations gathered to share experiences in Early Childhood Development and Technical Education. This meeting took place over two days in which participants learned from each other’s work.

Despite the many limitations, this has not prevented the organizations from working to ensure better development of Honduran children. Representatives of Grupo Juvenil Dion shared their progress and setbacks in the implementation of the Mobile Inclusive Workshops (TMIs). They are aimed to provide opportunities not only to young people but to all those who are aimed to generate incomes and thus achieve significant changes in their lives and in the lives of their families.

The event allowed sharing experiences as Nery from Asociación Solidaridad who shared organic produce from her own farming plot. Finally, the event concluded with a farewell speech by Magda Lanuza and thanks words from the attendees. All participants valued highly this type of meeting as they go back full of fresh learnings.
